Primrose Pointe Development Overview
Primrose Pointe is maybe the newest subdivision within the City Limits of Lubbock. It is adjacent to Frenship ISD’s newest Elementary School, Oak Ridge Elementary. Primrose is named for a future interior street, Primrose Avenue, and will eventually contain over 350 new homes.
Four of Lubbock’s best builders have bought all the lots in Primrose assuring you of great quality construction and many varied floor plans from Art Cuevas, Kim Craig Homes, David Rogers Homes, and Royal Construction. David Rogers Homes has a model home that is open daily and weekends, or you may call any of the other three builders and get free tours of their homes under construction. These homes sell for in the $ 160,000-225,000 range.
A second phase is in the planning stages, and will be constructed during 2010 allowing for home construction beginning in 2011. Primrose features reliable electricity from South Plains Electric Coop, natural gas from Atmos Energy, and communications (phone, internet, TV) from ATT, Suddenlink, or NTS Communications.
Primrose Pointe is a wonderful choice for a quality neighborhood. It is within walking distance of Oak Ridge Elementary and offers easy access to all of Lubbock via Marsha Sharp Freeway. Canyon West (Lubbock’s newest MALL) is minutes away to the North and the new Wal-Mart and associated businesses are just minutes away to the South via Milwaukee Avenue.
